Alan our buyer, has over 35 years experience buying fresh fruits. He runs a leading fresh fruit export company, he knows good fresh fruit and the people that grow it. Early each morning he talks to our growers and suppliers and makes sure the best fruit is available to go into our cases each day.

He organises the packing and delivery of each and every case. The packing team check every piece of fruit and make sure the cases get delivered to you in perfect condition with a smile.
